INSTRUCTIONS
During this private sale USDC will be exchanged for $PANGS tokens. $300 increments only at a ratio of 1:2100 in amounts from $300 to $1,800 as described below.
There will only be a maximum of $150,000 accepted for the private sale.
In the event that USDC is sent to the sale address after the $150,000 hard cap is met, those funds will be returned to the sending addresses. USDC sent to the sale address after the announcement of the conclusion of the private sale risk being lost. Do not send USDC after the announcement of the conclusion of the private sale.
$PANGS tokens purchased during the private sale are eligible to receive Loyalty Rewards.
The private sale does not offer any additional bonus tokens greater than what will be available to everyone during the public sale.
The private sale is for those who wish to secure $PANGS tokens that are eligible to receive Loyalty Rewards in advance of the public sale.
The public sale will be a fair sale conducted by Gempad
Individual Private Sale Metrics:
$300 = 2,100 $PANGS (Min)
$600 = 4,200 $PANGS
$900 = 6,300 $PANGS
$1,200 = 8,400 $PANGS
$1,500 = 10,500 $PANGS
$1,800 = 12,600 $PANGS (Max)
1. Choose a crypto wallet:
You'll need a wallet that supports ERC-20 tokens. Some popular options include MetaMask, MyEtherWallet and Trust Wallet.
Do not use a wallet that you do not have complete control over, such as an exchange wallet.
2. Fund your wallet with USDC:
Purchase, and or transfer, up to $1,800 into your crypto wallet (be sure to include a little extra to cover any transfer fees). Your $PANGS tokens will be sent back to your wallet after the (TGE) Token Generation Event.
3. Send your USDC:
Private sale participants may send between $300 and $1,800, in $300 increments only, to the following wallet address listed below.

4. Receiving your $PANGS tokens:
The transaction in Step number 3 is now recorded on the blockchain. After our (TGE) Token Generation Event, the transactions will be used to distribute the appropriate amount of $PANGS tokens back to the wallet that the USDC was sent from. Participants who sent USDC in whole amounts between $300 and $1,800 to the sale address will receive back 2,100 $PANGS for each $300 sent.
5. Loyalty Rewards:
1% of the Casino Profit will be apportioned on a quarterly basis as Loyalty Rewards sent back to the wallet addresses used to participate in the private sale. The amount received will be based on tokens purchased during the private sale that remain unmoved from the participating wallets. Removing tokens from the wallets will result in lesser or no rewards being distributed to that wallet address.
Congratulations! You have successfully participated in the Pangs Private Sale. Your $PANGS tokens will be sent to your wallet after the (TGE) Token Generation Event and your Loyalty Rewards distributed quarterly thereafter.
